مستقبل الأزمة الليبية : دراسة استشرافية من خلال تقنية التحليل المورفولوجي

الملخص
تشكل الأزمة الليبية في الوقت الراهن إحدى أكثر الأزمات الإقليمية حساسية سواءا على المستوى العربي أو الإفريقي ، ومنذ سقوط نظام معمر القذافي في ليبيا سنة 2011 لم تعرف الدولة الليبية شكلا مستقرا لنظامها السياسي حيث تفجرت أزمة شرعية كانت الأساس لأزمة سياسية عميقة تطورت فيما بعد إلى صراع عسكري يتفاوت في حدته من فترة الى أخرى ، ويتأثر كل ذلك بالتدخلات الإقليمية والدولية وعدم القدرة على السيطرة على توريد السلاح بالرغم من القرارات الأممية المتعددة وكذلك مخرجات المؤتمرات الدولية ومع ذلك فان الغرض الرئيس لهذه الدراسة ليس تحليل الواقع الراهن للازمة الليبية عن طريق استخدام إطار نظري محدد سواءا ما تعلق بنظريات العلاقات الدولية أو أدوات ومناهج تحليل النزاعات ، والتي لها رصيد معرفي كبير يمكن الاستعانة به في تحليل تفاعلات الأزمة الليبية ، لكن الغرض الأساسي يرتبط بتوظيف حقل الدراسات المستقبلية وتحديدا ما يتعلق بأحد ابرز التقنيات المستخدمة في مجال الاستشراف وهي تقنية التحليل المورفولجي لاستشراف مستقبل هذه الأزمة.
