الملخص
تتلخص هذه الدراسة في تحديد الأجهزة المعنية التي تقوم باستثمار أموال القاصرين وتشكيلاتها ومهامها في القانون العراقي، وبيان المجالات التي تستثمر فيها هذه الأموال مع ماهية ومزايا وعيوب كل مجال. كما ستعرض الجهود المبذولة للأجهزة المذكورة في سبيل استثمار أموال القاصرين لفترة زمنية معيّنة، ومن ثم تقييم موقف المشرع العراقي من استثمار هذه الأموال، كل ذلك في ضوء آخر التعديلات التي أجريت على قانون رعاية القاصرين والتعليمات التي صدرت. This study summarizes in identifying the concerned offices that invest the minors' funds, its structures and functions in Iraqi law, and the statement of the fields in which they invest these funds with the essence, advantages and disadvantages of each field. It will also show the efforts made by the aforementioned offices in order to invest the funds of minors for a specific period of time, and then evaluate the position of the Iraqi legislator regarding the investment of these funds, all this in the light of the latest amendments made to the care of minors act and instructions issued.
