الانضباط الصحي و علاقته بدرجة القلق لدى مرضى السكري

الملخص
ملخص : هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين درجة الانضباط الصحي ومستوى القلق لدى مرضى السكري وكذا معرفة الفروق في درجة الانضباط الصحي وذلك حسب كل من الجنس والسن ونمط السكري لدى عينة قصدية مكونة من30 فرد ذكور وإناث، حيث تم استخدام مقياس القلق لهاملتون واستبيان السلوك الصحي وذلك بتطبيق المنهج الوصفي المقارن وكانت نتائج الدراسة كالتالي: * لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين درجة الانضباط الصحي ومستوى القلق لدى مرضى السكري. * لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الانضباط الصحي بين الجنسين بينما يوجد فرق بين الجنسين في مستوى القلق وكان لصالح الإناث. * لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الانضباط الصحي ودرجة القلق لدى مرضى السكري تبعا لمتغير السن. * لا توجد فروق في درجة الانضباط الصحي ودرجة القلق بين مرضى السكري من النوع الأول ومرضى السكري من النوع الثاني. الكلمات المفتاحية : الانضباط الصحي ، مرض السكري ، القلق . Abstract : The study aimed at revealing the nature of the correlation between the degree of health discipline and the level of anxiety among diabetics and the knowledge of differences in the degree of health discipline according to sex, age and diabetes pattern in a target sample of 30 males and females. Use of Hamilton's anxiety scale and health behavior questionnaire by applying the comparative descriptive approach. The results of the study were as follows: *There was no statistically significant correlation between the degree of health. discipline and the level of anxiety among diabetics *There are no statistically significant differences in health discipline between the sexes, while there is a gender difference in the level of anxiety and was in favor of females. *There are no statistically significant differences in health discipline and degree of anxiety among diabetics according to the age variable. *There were no differences in the degree of health discipline and degree of anxiety among type 1 diabetics and type 2 diabetes patients .
