الملخص
The twentieth century was the surprises year, And the use of the term "strategic surprise" became a fashion. The nation-state, which was established in Europe since the sixteenth century and then evolved, became an active element in the field of international relations, From 51 full member in 1945, the number of members of the United Nations Organization rose to 193 in 2011, and there are more if you include entities that declare itself states but is not recognized by the international community. The twentieth century was the century of separation and disintegration, the emergence of several countries that have been created in half century, and this phenomenal growth can point us to think that the concept of nation-state make sure once and for all. But it may not be simple.
