الملخص
جعل التطور التكنولوجي، قطاع الإعلام والتواصل يخطو خطوة هامة في ميدان المعلومة، وكيفية التعامل معها، لأنها قد تكون صادقة وحقيقية، أو مسمومة تستهدف تلويث أفكارنا. فانتقل الإعلام من تقليدي، إلى رقمي أصبح مسيطرا على مختلف أجهزة الإعلام ووسائلها. بل تحولت الدول الصناعية إلى صنع المعلومة وبيعها حسب المسار الذي يخدم مصالحها الوطنية. إذ تُسوقها وفق استراتيجيات تراعي مصالحها الحيوية، ومخططاتها المستقبلية. وشهدت الصحافة تطورا عدديا ونوعيا بمجرد توقيع المغرب على معاهدة الحماية لسنة 1912، وأصبح المجال الإعلامي بالمغرب يزخر بعدد وفير من الجرائد المختلفة، واكبت عن قرب مختلف التطورات التي عاشها المغرب آنذاك في سياق الكفاح من أجل الاستقلال. وصولا لصياغة قوانين الحريات العامة في سنة 1958، وشراء المغرب محطة "تلما" سنة 1960. لتكون سنة 1962 هي سنة الانطلاقة الرسمية للتلفزة المغربية في إطار مسيرتها القانونية والتنظيمية.
