مقصد 'أمن الأوطان' وعلاقته ببناء منظومة التفكير

الملخص
ملخص: لقد اهتمت الشريعة الإسلامية بتحقيق معاني الأمن والنظام والاستقرار، من أجل ذلك جاءت جميع الأحكام والتشريعات والتكاليف تتضمن معنى الأمن، وقد تصدر فيها 'أمن الأوطان' سلم المقاصد الشرعية، باعتبار أن جميع المصالح والمقاصد المعروفة في علم مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية لا يمكن أن تتحقق إلا في ظلّ انتظام الأمن واستتباب السلم، وحيث كان الأمن فعلا إنسانيا اجتماعيا، ومحصلة للسلوكات الفردية والجماعية، كانا لزاما أن يكون صورة وانعكاسا لبنية النظام الفكري داخل المجتمع، نظرا لتأثير منظومة التفكير في إنتاج أمن الأوطان والمجتمعات Abstract :The Islamic Chariaa has been concerned with consolidation the meanings of security, order and stability. Therefore, all provisions, legislations and costs include the meaning of security. consequently the 'Homeland Security' has been issued as a legitimate Maksad, given that all Makassid of Islamic Chariaa Can be achieved only in the light of regularity of security and peace, and where the security is a social human. and the outcome of individual and collective behavior, For this reason it was normal to be a reflection of the structure of the intellectual system within society, given the influence of the system of thinking on the security of nations and societies.
