أهمية إدارة المعرفة وأثرها في عصرنة الجامعة الجزائرية في ظل عصر المعرفة-دراسة عينة من الأساتذة-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن علاقة وأثر إدارة المعرفة ودورها في عصرنة الجامعة الجزائرية وقد تم الإعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والمنج التحليلي، وبالإستعانة ببرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعيةspss20 لتحليل نتائج وإختبار فرضيات هذه الدراسة التي تمت على عينة من الأساتذة الجامعيين تم إختيارها بطريقة عشوائية، وقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج التي أكدت على وجود إرتباط متوسط وعلاقة طردية إيجابية بين إدارة المعرفة وعصرنة الجامعة الجزائرية، فكلما كان تطبيق إدارة المعرفة أحسن كلما نتج عن ذلك تحسن وتطور فتحديث وعصرنة الجامعة أكثر. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between knowledge management and the modernization of the Algerian University, and its impact factor. The study was based on the descriptive and analytical methodology, using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS20) to analyse the results and test hypotheses of this study represented on a sample of university professors randomly selected. The results confirm the existence of an intermediate correlation and a positive relationship between knowledge management and the modernization of the Algerian university. The more the application of knowledge management is good, the more the modernization of the university is better, and results are advanced.
