الإطار القانوني الدولي لمكافحة ظاهرة عمالة الأطفال ( بين الواقع و النصوص القانونية)

الملخص
أخذت التشريعات الوطنية مناحي عدة و تباينت في معالجتها لظاهرة عمالة الأطفال قبل التعامل معها في إطار قواعد القانون الدولي و المواثيق الدولية العالمية و الإقليمية، حيث لعبت هذه الأخيرة دورا بارزا في وضع قواعد و معايير ثابتة للتخلص أو التقليص من ظاهرة عمالة الأطفال و ساهمت في تنسيق التشريعات الوطنية من بلد لآخر و بات من الواضح اليوم ما هي الظروف السليمة و المحظورة لعمل الأطفال. و من هنا ارتأينا تسليط الضوء على ماهية الظاهرة - ظاهرة عمالة الأطفال- و كيف تبنتها المواثيق الدولية عالميا و على المستوى العربي خصوصا، آخذين بعين الاعتبار الوضع في الجزائر The national legislation has taken different steps in addressing the phenomenon of child labor before dealing with it within the framework of the rules of international law and the international and regional conventions. The latter played a prominent role in establishing constant rules and standards for the elimination or reduction of child labor. in addition they contributed in the coordination between national legislations, from one country to another ,and it has become clear today what are the appropriate and prohibited conditions for child labor. Hence, we decided to shed light on the phenomenon of child labor, and how the international conventions have adopted it globally, as well as on the Arab level,, especially taking into account the situation in Algeria
