الملخص
ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة الأدوار التي تقوم بها تنظيمات المجتمع المدني، ومنها الجامعة في تنمية الوعي الأمني لدي الطلاب والمواطنين داخل المجتمع، على أساس أن مسئولية تحقيق الأمن والتنشئة الأمنية ليست فردية أو مسئولية جهة معينة في المجتمع، بل هي مسئولية مجتمعية مشتركة تقوم بها مختلف التنظيمات المدنية والهيئات الإدارية بالشراكة مع الأجهزة الأمنية، وبما أن التحديات التي تواجه الدولة الجزائرية أصبحت متعددة ومختلفة، انطلقت إشكالية الدراسة من التحديات والتهديدات التي تواجه المجتمع وخاصة فئة الشباب (الانحراف، تعاطي المحذرات والإجرام والهجرة غير الشرعية ..) لمعرفة الأدوار التربوية الأمنية لمؤسسات المجتمع المدني والعراقيل التي تواجهها في الميدان. Abstract: The study aims to know the roles that civil society organizations, including the university, play in developing security awareness among students and citizens within society, on the basis that the responsibility for achieving security and security formation is not individual or the responsibility of a specific party in society, but rather a shared societal responsibility of various organizations Civil and administrative bodies in partnership with the security services, and since the challenges facing the Algerian state have become multiple and different, the problem of the study started from the challenges and threats facing society, especially the youth group (deviation, warnings, crime, and illegal immigration ..) to know the educational educational security roles of civil society institutions And obstacles encountered in the field
