تأهيل أخصائي المعلومات في البيئة الرقمية: الأساليب و المتطلبات و انعاساته على متخصصي المتبات الرئيسة للمطاعلة العمومية

الملخص
ملخــــــــــــص : إن المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات على اختلاف أنواعها وأشكالها وطبيعة نشاطها عامة كانت أو متخصصة تعتبر من الدعائم الأساسية لبناء مجتمع متحضر ومتعلم، وذلك انطلاقا من ما تقدمه من خدمات ترتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بالمعلومات التي تمثل المحرك الرئيسي للعمليات التنمية والتطوير، وهو ما يتفق عليه المتخصصون والعلماء بالإجماع، من منطلق أن المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات والتوثيق ة كانت ولا زالت هي محرك التغيير لدى المجتمعات المتمدنة والشعوب المتحضرة، فا دورها المحوري يكمن في تنمية الفرد والمجتمع، وتعميم الثقافة والفكر والتعلم، فضلا عن كونها فضاء للقراءة والمطالعة. وعلى ضوء هذا الطرح جاءت هذه هذه الورقة البحثية كمحاولة لطرح إشكالية وضع آلية عمل في كيفية تأهيل أخصائي المعلومات في البيئة الرقمية الجزائرية، وذلك سعيا إلى محاولة تطوير هذه المؤسسات المعلوماتية لتفعيل دورها في خدمة المجتمع، وفق متطلبات البيئة التكنولوجية الحديثة من حيث ثنائية المهنة المكتبية ونوع الخدمات المكتبية وطرق تقديمها للمستفيد، من خلال توفير برامج تدريبية لفائدة العاملين بها تكسبهم مهارة تصميم المنتجات والخدمات المكتبية التي توائم متطلبات واحتياجات المستفيدين لمواكبة التطوير والتجدد ضمن بيئة معاصرة سريعة التغير. الكلمات المفتاحية دور– تفعيل- المكتبيون - الخدمات – المكتبات - الجزائر – المكتبات العامة_ Summary: libraries and information centers of different kinds, forms and the nature of their activities public or private has been considered one of the most essential pillars on which a civilized and educated society is based due to the information-based services which constitute the main driving force of the processes of development and optimization on which specialists and scholars have unanimously agreed because the libraries and centers of information and documentation has always been the motor of change in urban communities and civilized nations. They plays a pivotal role in developing both individual and society, and establishing the culture, intellect and learning and being a space for reading. In the light of such argument, this research paper has been made to serve as an attempt of raising the problematics for putting in place mechanism on how to train information specialist in Algeria's digital business in an attempt to develop these informational institutions in order to put their role into implementation in serving society in accordance with the requirements of the modern technological environment and the type of library services and how to present them to the beneficiary through providing training programs for those who are operating in the field which enable them to acquire skills of designing products and library services in compliance with the requirements and needs of beneficiaries so as to keep up with development and renovation within an ever-changing modern environment.
