أثر جودة معلومات نظام تخطيط الموارد المؤتمت (erp) على إبداعية الأداء: دراسة عينة من المؤسسات الصناعية الناشطة في منطقتي سطيف وبرج بوعريريج

الملخص
ملخص: تلعب أتمتة نظام تخطيط الموارد ببرمجيات (ERP) دورا هاما في إنتاج معلومات ذات جودة عالية، تستخدم في تخطيط وتوظيف الموارد الموجهة لتنفيذ برامج أعمال المؤسسة، وهذا ما سيساعدها بطريقة ما على تحقيق أداء عملياتي فائق (الإبداعية في الأداء). وعليه تم إجراء بحث ميداني على عدد من المؤسسات الصناعية في منطقتي: سطيف وبرج بوعريريج. ولتحقيق هدف هذا البحث تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان، لجمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا بواسطة (SPSS)، ليتم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج، منها: أن جودة معلومات نظام (ERP) للمؤسسات المبحوثة، كانت مقبولة، وكان لها أثر نسبي في حدوث زيادة فائقة في فعالية وكفاءة تخطيط الموارد وتنفيذها (خاصة النتائج). كلمات مفتاحية: جودة المعلومات، نظم تخطيط الموارد (ERP)، أتمتة، إبداعية الأداء. تصنيف JEL :D8،L15،L25،L86،O31،P47. Abstract: The ERP system has an important role in producing information, which is used to plan resources directed to Executing company business programs. This helps to achieve creative performance. Accordingly, a field research was conducted on a number of industrial companies in the two regions: Setif and Bordj Bou Arreridj. The questionnaire was used to collect data and statistically analyze it by (SPSS), to reach several results, including: that the quality of the ERP system information for the researched companies was acceptable, and had a relative impact on the occurrence of the increase in the effectiveness and efficiency of Planning and Executing the entreprise resource plans (especially results). Résumé: ERP joue un rôle important pour la diffusion d'informations, utilisées dans la planification de ressources de programmes d'entreprises industrielles, ce qui l'aidera en à créer de la créativité dans la performance. En conséquence, une étude a été menée sur un certain nombre d'entreprises dans les deux régions: Sétif et Bordj Bou Arreridj. Pour ce la, un questionnaire a été développé avec une analyse statistique par SPSS. Cette étude a obtenu plusieurs résultats, notamment: La qualité des informations du ERP des entreprises étudiées était acceptable, et elle a un impact sur une augmentation de l'efficacité et de l'efficience de la planification et l’exécution des ressources d’entreprise (surtout les résultats).
