الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى التّعرّف على صناديق التَّحوُّط وأهمّيتِها في الاقتصاد العالمي، والبحث في الأسباب والحوافز التّي تدعو أصحابَ الفائض بصفةٍ عامّة، وصناديق الثّروة السّياديّة بصفةٍ خاصّة للاستثمار فيها؛ باعتبارها قناةً استثماريّة هامّة تتمّيز بالعديد من الخصائص؛ من حيث العوائد المُعتبَرة وكذا أجل تحصيلها. وقد تَبيّنَ من خِلال الدِّراسة أنّه إذا تمّ استغلال هذه القناة الاستثماريّة بالشّكلِ الصّحيح، من خلال اختيار الاستراتيجيّات الاستثماريّة الأمثَل والتّي تَتَناسب مع السّياسة الاستثماريّة لأصحاب الفائض، فسينتهون إلى تحقيقِ الأهداف الموضوعة. كما تحتوي الدِّراسة عددًا كبيرًا من الإحصاءات والأرقام التي تخصُّ صناديق الثّروة السّياديّة وصناديق التّحوُّط؛ لتحديد تَمركُزِها وهيكلها ونقاط جذبها، وكذا حجم ونسب صناديق الثّروة السّياديَّة التي تُفضِّل الاستثمار بقدر منها في صناديق التّحوّط، وكل ذلك من أجل تحليل الأداة نظريًّا ورقميًّا لبيان أهميتها ومستوياتها، ونسب تطوّرها العالية. This research aims to identify the hedge funds and their importance in the global economy, and to explore the reasons and incentives that call for the surplus owners in general and sovereign wealth funds in particular to invest in them; considering those funds as an important investment channel with many characteristics, in terms of the significant returns as well as their collection deadlines. It has been shown through the study that if this investment channel is used properly, by choosing the optimal investment strategies that are appropriate to the investment policy of the surplus owners, they will reach the set goals. The study also contains a great number of statistics and figures concerning sovereign wealth funds and hedge funds to determine their concentration, structure and attractions, as well as the size and proportions of sovereign funds that prefer to invest in hedge funds in order to analyze the tool theoretically and numerically to show its importance and levels and their high evolution rates.
