الملخص
ملخص: نهدف من خلال دراستنا لهذا الموضوع الى تبيين وتحليل دور صناديق الثروة السيادية في دعم السياسة المالية و تحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي، وذلك من خلال دراستنا لصندوق "مبادلة" في إمارة ابوظبي، وتبيان مساهمته في دعم وتطوير وضبط السياسة المالية لتحقيق استقرار اقتصاد الإمارة في ظل الظروف الاقتصادية السائدة في الوقت الراهن، وقد حاولت هذه الدراسة توضيح بعض المفاهيم المتعلقة بالسياسة المالية وكذا صناديق الثروة السيادية، مع التركيز على تجربة ابوظبي من خلال إنشائها لصندوق مبادلة، وقد توصلنا إلى توضيح فعالية دور "مبادلة" كأداة لدعم السياسة المالية و تحقيق نمو اقتصادي ديناميكي متنوع لأبوظبي، وذلك من خلال الاستثمار في قطاعات اقتصادية متعددة في مناطق مختلفة من العالم. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاستقرار الاقتصادي، السياسة المالية، صناديق الثروة السيادية، صندوق مبادلة. تصنيف JEL: XNN، XNN Abstract : The primary goal of our study of the subject to indicate and analyze the role of sovereign funds in support of fiscal policy and economic stability. Through our study of "mubadala" fund in Abu Dhabi, and demonstrate its contribution to the support and development and adjust fiscal policy to stabilize the economy of the UAE under the prevailing at the moment economic conditions. This study attempt To clarify some of the concepts relating to fiscal policy as well as the phenomenon of sovereign funds. With a focus on the experience of Abu Dhabi through the establishment of the fund mubadala. We have reached to clarify the effectiveness of the role of "mubadala" as a tool to support fiscal policyand achieve dynamic economic growth varied to Abu Dhabi, And by investing in multiple economic sectors in different parts of the world.
