جريمة الاتجار بالبشر كتهديد للأمن الإنساني:الأبعاد وأساليب المواجهة.

الملخص
تعالج المداخلة قضیة الاتجار بالبشر العبـارة للحـدود والتـي أصـبح لهـا أهمیـة متزایـدة فـي الأجندات الأمنية لما تمثله من تهديد صريح للأمن الإنساني ، أولا، تـم مراجعـة الإطـار المفـاهیمي لكـل مـن جريمة الاتجار بالبشر مع رصد السياق التاريخي والصور المختلفة لها . ثـم عمـدنا إلـى رصد إيتولوجيات وتيبولوجيات هذه الجريمة العابرة للحدود. يسعى هذا المقال إلى الاهتمام بجريمة الاتجار بالبشر في إطار الجريمة المنظمة على اعتبار أنها تعتبر من اخطر جريمة بعد التسلح والمخدرات ، والتهديد المباشر الذي تمثله للذات الإنسانية وبخاصة النساء والأطفال ، وذلك في ظل تنامي بؤر الصراعات المسلحة سواء الداخلية أو الإقليمية التي تعاني من الاضطرابات وعدم الاستقرار مما شكل مركزا سهلاً ومورداً متجدداً من الضحايا تستغله عصابات الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية من اجل تحقيق مبالغ طائلة من وراء استغلال هؤلاء الضحايا سواء عن طريق تجنيدهم أو نقلهم قسراً أو اختطافهم أو الاحتيال عليهم بغرض استغلالهم في نشاطات غير مشروعة. Abstract:. The intervention addresses the issue of human trafficking, the border term, which has an increasing importance in the security agendas, because of the explicit threat it poses to human security. First, the conceptual framework for each of the crime of trafficking in human beings has been reviewed while monitoring the historical context and various images of it. Then we deliberately monitored the ideologies and topologies of this cross-border crime. This article seeks to pay attention to the crime of human trafficking in the context of organized crime as it is considered one of the most serious crime after armaments and drugs, and the direct threat it represents to the human self, especially women and children, in light of the growing hotbeds of armed conflicts, whether internal or regional, which suffer from turmoil and instability. This constituted an easy center and a renewed resource of victims exploited by transnational organized crime gangs in order to achieve huge sums from exploiting these victims, whether by recruiting, forcibly transferring, kidnapping or defrauding them for the purpose of exploiting them in activities Illegal.
