التَّنشئة الاجتماعيَّة السَّليمة كوسيلة ضبط اجتماعي في التَّصدِّي لجرائم المراهقين

الملخص
الملخص: إنَّ الأرقام المعلن عنها من طرف الجهات الرَّسميَّة لدليل قاطع على أن جرائم المراهقين في المجتمع الجزائري أخذت أبعاداً خطيرة من شأنها أن تهدِّد البناء الاجتماعي للمجتمع الجزائري بكل مكوِّناته الاجتماعيَّة وبالتَّالي أصبح من الضَّروريَّات الاجتماعيَّة الملحَّة إعادة النَّظر في الآليَّات والوسائل الاجتماعيَّة الَّتي من شأنها تنظيم وتقويم السُّلوك الاجتماعي لهذه الفئة من خلال إعطاء الفعاليَّة القانونيَّة ،والقدرة الشَّرعيَّة للالتفاف حول هذه الظَّواهر السِّلبيَّة، وفتح قنوات الحوار لاستدراك ما تعانيه الشَّباب من مشاكل نفسيَّة واجتماعيَّة تعصف بمقدراتهم وتحول دون اندماجهم اجتماعياً، وهذا ما حثَّ عليه المبحث الخامس من البحث والمتعلِّق بالحلول المقترحة للحدِّ من ظاهرة إجرام المراهقين، وكذا تدعيم وسائل الضَّبط الاجتماعي بالبدائل الاجتماعيَّة الَّتي يمكن من خلالها تفهُّم المرحلة العمريَّة الَّتي يمرُّ بها المراهقون وخاصَّة من أهمِّ المؤسَّسات الاجتماعيَّة الفاعلة على مستوى المجتمع، وبالتَّالي هذا التَّكامل الوظيفي بين أهمِّ القطاعات الحيويَّة للمجتمع والدولة ،والَّذي يساعد في تدارك الوضع الاجتماعي للمجتمع الجزائري الذي لا ينبئ بخير، بعد القراءة الإحصائيَّة في المبحث السَّابع من البحث ،ومقارنتها بالمعطيات المتوفِّرة من الدِّراسات الميدانيَّة لبعض الدِّراسات السَّابقة وعلى هذا الأساس فجرائم الأحداث والمراهقين في انتشار وتزايد مستمر نظراً لتقاعس وسائل الضَّبط الاجتماعي من جهة ،ومن جهة أخرى للمؤثِّرات الخارجيَّة الوافدة على مجتمعنا وكيف استطاعت أن تنئ بفئة المراهقين إلى تبنِّي ثقافة استهلاك الانحراف الاجتماعي من العديد من الثَّقافات الوافدة عن طريق عولمة السُّلوك ،وإعادة إنتاج التَّعلمات المنحرفة في قالب ممارسة كل الظَّواهر السِّلبية الَّتي تتغذَّى من خلالها كلُّ الجرائم الموجودة على السَّاحة الاجتماعيَّة للمجتمع الجزائري، وبالتَّالي يجب تكييف وسائل ضبط اجتماعي تعمل على مجاراة ما تتأثَّر به سلوكات المراهقين ،من ثقافة وافدة عبر الفضائيَّات، وشبكات التَّواصل الاجتماعي، حتَّى يمكِّنها من الحدِّ على الأقلِّ من جرائم الدَّرجة الأولى كالقتل وتعاطي المخدِّرات والسَّطو على ممتلكات الغير. ABSTRACT : The figures announced by the official authorities are conclusive evidence that adolescent crimes in Algerian society have taken on dangerous dimensions that threaten the social construction of Algerian society with all its social components, and thus have become an urgent social imperative to review the social mechanisms and means that will regulate and correct social behavior. To this category by giving legal effectiveness, and the legal ability to circumvent these negative phenomena, and opening channels of dialogue to redress the psychological and social problems that young people suffer from. It undermines their abilities and prevents their social integration, and this is what the fifth topic urged by the research regarding the proposed solutions to reduce the phenomenon of adolescent criminality, as well as strengthening social control means with the social alternatives through which the age stage through which adolescents go through, especially one of the most important social institutions active on The level of society, and hence this functional integration between the most vital sectors of society and the state, which helps in redressing the social situation of Algerian society, which does not foretell well, after the statistical reading in the topic Follow the research and compare it with the available data from field studies for some previous studies. On this basis, juvenile and adolescent crimes are constantly spreading and increasing due to the failure of social control means on the one hand, and on the other hand to external influences on our society and how they managed to separate the adolescent category to adopt a culture of deviation consumption From many cultures through the globalization of behavior and the reproduction of deviant learning in the form of practicing all negative phenomena through which all crimes on the social scene are nurtured. Yeh Algerian society, and therefore must be adapted to the adjustment of social work to keep up with what is affected by the behaviors of adolescents, from a culture imported through satellite channels, and social networks, so that it can reduce at least a first-class, such as murder, drug abuse and robbery crimes on the property of others.
