المنصة الجزائرية للمجلات العلمية Asjp ودورها في ترقية النشر العلمي الجامعي

الملخص
ملخص: تمثل المجلات العلمية المحكمة مصادر مهمة للباحثين لما تمتاز به من حداثة في المعلومات وتنوع في الموضوعات واختلاف في ثقافات المؤلفين وإخضاع ما ينشر فيها من مقالات للتحكيم، ولكن بقاؤها بشكل ورقي ومطبوع قد يحد من انتشارها ووصولها بشكل واسع داخل المجتمع الأكاديمي بمختلف فئاته، الأمر الذي فرض ضرورة استغلال التكنولوجيات الجديدة وشبكات المعلومات من أجل ترقية النشر العلمي وفتح آفاق جديدة له. تمثل منصات النشر الإلكتروني الأكاديمي أحد أهم هذه الوسائل التكنولوجية الجديدة التي تساعد على تجاوز مشاكل النشر التقليدي وتنهي عصر احتكار وهيمنة دور النشر. ومن هذا المنطلق والتحاقا بركب التطور التكنولوجي الذي دخل مجال النشر الجامعي بقوة وحرصًا من وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي الجزائرية على الارتقاء بواقع المجلات الأكاديمية التي تنشر من قبل جامعاتها قامت بتبني إنشاء منصة إلكترونية على شبكة الانترنت لإدارة المجلات العلمية وتجاوز مشاكل النشر التقليدي وتسهيل التواصل العلمي. وعليه تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على الدور الذي تساهم به المنصة الجزائرية للمجلات العلمية ASJP في تطوير وترقية النشر العلمي داخل الجامعات الجزائرية من وجهة نظر أساتذة وطلبة الدراسات العليا لمعهد علم المكتبات والتوثيق بجامعة قسنطينة2. الكلمات المفتاحية : المنصة الجزائرية للمجلات العلمية ASJP؛ النشر العلمي الجامعي؛ المجلات الإلكترونية؛ معهد علم المكتبات والتوثيق؛ جامعة قسنطينة2. Abstract : The scientific journals represent important source of information for researchers because of the richness, newness and variety of topics they contain, Yet the fact the these information sources remain in paper format only may limit their diffusion and their propagation and thus prevent them from reaching extensively various classes within the academic community. Hence, the obligation to use the various new technologies and information networks in order to promote scientific publishing and open new horizons for it. The Academic e-publishing platforms are one of the most modern technologies that help overcome traditional publishing problems and end the age of monopoly and dominate publishing houses. From this idea and in line with the technological development that entered the field of university publishing strongly and in the interest of the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to improve the academic journals which is published by its universities has developed an electronic platform on the internet to manage scientific communication. This study aims to identify the role of the Algerian Scientific Journal Platform (ASJP) in the development and promotion of scientific publishing; it also aims to identify the tendencies of researcher, teachers and doctorate students of the institute of Library and Documentation Sciences towards electronic scientific journals Résumé : Les revues scientifiques représentent des sources d’informations importantes pour les chercheurs en raison de la richesse, de la nouveauté et de la variété des sujets qu’elles contiennent. Cependant, le fait que ces sources d’informations ne restent que sur papier peut limiter leur diffusion et leur propagation et les empêcher de ce fait d’atteindre des domaines très variés. cours au sein de la communauté académique. D'où l'obligation d'utiliser la nouvelle technologie et les réseaux d'informations pour promouvoir l'édition scientifique et lui ouvrir de nouveaux horizons. Les plates-formes de publication académique sont l’une des technologies les plus modernes qui permettent de surmonter les problèmes classiques de l’édition, de mettre fin à l’ère du monopole et de dominer les maisons d’édition. De cette idée et conformément au développement technologique qui a conquis le domaine de l'édition universitaire, Le Ministère Algérien de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche Scientifique a crée une plate-forme électronique sur le Web à fin d'améliorer et de gérer les revues académiques publiées par ses universités et par la suite surmonter les problèmes de l'édition traditionnelle ce qui facilite la communication scientifique. Cette étude vise à déterminer le rôle de la Plate-forme Algérienne des Revues Scientifiques (ASJP) dans le développement et la promotion de l'édition scientifique du point de vue des enseignants et des doctorants de l'Institut de Bibliothéconomie et de la documentation.
