إعادة بناء الدولة الفاشلة: دراسة في المنطلقات المفاهيمية والنظرية.

الملخص
تحاول هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على الأبعاد المقارباتية المفسرة لعملية إعادة بناء الدولة الفاشلة ضمن النقاشات الفكرية السائدة في حقل الدراسات السياسية المعاصرة، إنطلاقا من رصد و تحليل المقاربات المفاهيمية والنظريه لهذه العملية، إذ لا يمكن البحث في ظاهرة فشل الدولة أو ترتيبات إعادة بنائها من الناحية الواقعية، دون الخوض في الأسس المعرفية لهذه الظاهرة، من حيث الكشف عن أهم التحولات المفاهيمية التي طرأت على ظاهرة الدولة الفاشلة، و استعراض أهم مؤشراتها ، لنحاول في الأخير مناقشة أهم نظريات إعادة بناء الدولة. This study attempts to shed light on the dimensions of the approaches that explain the process of rebuilding the failed state within the prevailing intellectual debates in the field of contemporary political studies , Based on monitoring and analyzing the conceptual and theoretical approaches to this process, Considering that it is not possible to research the phenomenon of state failure or arrangements for its realistic Rebuilding, without delving into the cognitive foundations of this phenomenon, By revealing the most important conceptual changes that occurred in the phenomenon of the failed state, and Review its indicators, Finally, we will try to discuss the most important theories of rebuilding the state
