منطقة الجلفة من خلال الطوابع البريدية الجزائرية من 1962 إلى 2020

الملخص
ملخص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز إصدارات الطوابع البريدية الجزائرية التي تناولت منطقة الجلفة (ولاية الجلفة) كموضوع لها سواء بطريقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة، ومن خلال جرد ومسح لهذه الاصدرات منذ 1962 الى يومنا (58 سنة) تبين أن نصيب الجلفة من الطوابع كان 4 إصدارات فقط، مع وجود حوالي 11 طابعا يلمح الى المنطقة أو مقدراتها بشكل غير مباشر، والملفت للانتباه أنّ هذه الاصدارات ركّزت التراث الثقافي المادي واللامادي للمنطقة وكذا حدث تاريخي واحد فقط ألا وهو معركة جبل بوكحيل، فيما تم إغفال عدة مواضيع كالمقاومة الشعبية والشخصيات المحلية والاحداث السياسية التي شهدتها المنطقة. وقد لاحظنا أنّ الرموز الثقافية كالخيمة والبرنوس والقشابية والتراث البيزري والمعالم الأثرية التي تزخر بها ولاية الجلفة لم نجدها ممثلة وان وجدت فتحت مسمى الجنوب تارة والأطلس الصحراوي تارة أخرى.وقد حاولنا التطرق الى مواضيع الطوابع دون تناول الجانب السيميائي والجمالي والذي يعتبر مجالا اخر جديرا بالدراسة والبحث للباحثين في حقول الفنون والاتصال. الكلمات المفتاحية: الطوابع البريدية؛ الجلفة؛ الجزائر؛أولاد نايل؛ الطوابعية. Abstract: This article aims basically to highlight the issue of the Algerian postage stamps representing the region of Djelfa (Wilaya of Djelfa), either directly or indirectly. Data collected on Algerian postage stamps shows that there four stamps only represent Djelfa region as a main topic, whereas 11 stamps were indirectly implying the region or its potentials. What is striking is that these issues focused on the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of the region, one historical event namely the Battle of Djbel Bouk’hail. Several topics such as popular resistance, local personalities & figures, historical and political events in the region were ignored As the study indicates, we have noticed the absence of the Region’s cultural symbols such as the tent, the burnos, the Qachabia, Falconry heritage, and the archaeological monuments of Djelfa. Some postage stamps hint at Djelfa using different names “the south” & the Saharan atlas. The study focuses on stamps’ topics regardless the semiotic and aesthetic aspects, these scopes deserve more studies from researchers in the fields of art and communication.
