المسن في الأسرة الجزائرية: واقع التكفل والرعاية

الملخص
الملخص: شهدت العائلة الجزائرية عدة تغيرات إجتماعية وإقتصادية وثقافية أدت إلى تحولها من بنية تقليدية أبوية إلى بنية حديثة زواجية، هذه التغيرات انعكست على تغير مظاهرها التقليدية من حيث الحجم، الوظائف، العلاقات الأسرية، نظام الزواج ونمط المسكن. وكان لهذا التغير تأثيرا واضح على مكانة أفرادها في المجتمع الحديث وخاصة مكانة المسن، بحيث عرفت تراجعا جعلته يتنازل عن بعض من سلطته، وفقد الكثير من خصوصياته وأدواره الاجتماعية التي كان يتمتع بها في المجتمع والعائلة التقليدية. فبعدما كان فردا فعالا منتجا والآمر الناهي الذي يحدد مكانة ودور كل فرد فيها، ومصدر لكل القرارات المصيرية لكل الأفراد الذين ينتمون لوحدته العائلية، أصبح الآن في ظل الأسرة والمجتمع الحديث فردا عاجزا ومستهلكا، هذه التغيرات ستؤثر حتما على هذا المسن وعلى توافقه النفسي والاجتماعي. لذا جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لمعرفة واقع المسن في المجتمع الجزائري، وبالأخص دور الأسرة في رعايته والتكفل بمختلف المشاكل التي يتعرض لها سواء اقتصاديا أو اجتماعيا أو نفسيا، وهذا لطبيعة العلاقة بين الأسرة وهذا المسن. Abstract: Algerian family experienced several social, economic and cultural changes led to its transformation from a traditional patriarchal structure to the structure marital, these changes reflected recent changes in traditional manifestations in terms of size, functions, family relations, marriage and housing style system. This change has had a clear impact on their position in modern society, especially the elderly, the place where I knew some waives him decline his authority, and he lost a lot of privacy and social roles that he enjoyed in traditional family and community. It was a productive and effective personnel boss who determines the place and role of each individual and the source of all life decisions for all individuals who belong to family unity, now in modern society and family members incapacitated and consumer, these changes will inevitably affect the elderly and psychological compatibility And social development. So this paper came to see old reality in Algerian society, and especially the role of the family in his care and handle various problems faced both economically and socially, psychologically, and that the nature of the relationship between the family and the elderly.
