Résumé

Algeria is located in the north of Africa, and in the heart of Maghreb; ist contact with the Mediterranean Sea in the north and its large area in the South (rich in energy and natural resources) give them a geostrategic place for an internal force from a good governance of resources haring, and a dominant place in ist environment regional and global. Water is the key to sustainable development, but its scarcity and inadequacy represent major challenges, especially with climate change affecting many countries in general and the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa). ) in particular, or Algeria is one of those countries that they are classified among the poorest in water; and as climatechange poses a thre at to water resources from which Algeria must voluntarily prepare with good management control and perfect organization, and to revive rational planning to meet water needs for generations current and think to preserve this precious resource for future generations.
