الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى التعرف على واقع الصحة والسلامة المهنية وحوادث العمل في المؤسسة الاستشفائية برقان ، وبرامج الوقاية المتبعة في المؤسسة وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - رغم المجهودات التي تبذلها المؤسسة الاستشفائية برقان في تحسين ظروف العامل إلا أنها لم تنجح في طريقة توزيع وتخصيص منحة الخطر . ووجب في هذا الصدد مراجعة طريقة توزيع هاته المنحة والرفع من قيمتها المادية وبالتالي المساهمة في الرفع من أداء العامل. - المؤسسة الاستشفائية برقان تعطي لجانب السلامة المهنية دور كبير كمن خلال برامج السلامة والتوعية في مجال ثقافة السلامة الصحية في العمل . - تسعى المؤسسة الاستشفاتئية برقان لتحسين ظروف العامل من خلال المجهودات المبذولة من أجل سلامته لكن مازالت هاته المجهودات غير كافية وينتظر منها مضاعفة الجهود من أجل تحقيق بيئة عمل أمنة من كل النواحي الصحية والأمنية وبالتالي تحسين نوع الخدمة المقدمة للمواطن برقان. Abstract: This article aims at The reality of Health and safety and work accidents in The reggane Hospital Foundation Prevention programmes in the institution. The study has achieved three important results. Despite the efforts of the reggane hospital institution to improve the working conditions But it didn't work out how to distribute and allocate the hazard pay. n this regard, it is necessary to review the manner in which the grant is distributed and to increase its material value, thereby contributing to the enhancement of the worker's performance - Enterprise hospital in reggan give to the University safety professional a significant role as through safety programs and awareness in the field of culture of safety and health at work The foundation seeks assets to improve the conditions of the world through the efforts made for his safety, but still these efforts are not sufficient and wait for them to redouble efforts in order to achieve a work environment safe from all aspects of Health and security and therefore improve the type of service provided to citizens
