الملخص
يتناول البحث بالدراسة و التحليل الاطار القانوني و التنظيمي لإنشاء و مرافقة المؤسسات الصغيرة في الجزائر باعتبارها مؤسسات لها دور في التنمية الاقتصادية للبلاد، لاسيما و ان تجربة الجزائر في هذا المجال متميزة و قد صدرت عدة نصوص قانونية و تنظيمية تساهم في تفعيل و انشاء هذه المؤسسات وبيان كيف يجب مرافقتها حتى لا تفشل و تكون عنصرا فعالا في التنمية الشاملة للجزائر. Résumé L’étude examine le cadre juridique et réglementaire régissant la création etl’accompagnement de petites entreprises Algériennes en tant qu’institutions jouant un rôle dans le développement économique du pays, d’ autant plus que l’expérience de l’Algérie dans ce domaine est distincte. Efficace dans le développement global de l’Algérie. Abstract The study examines the legal and regulatoryFramework for establishing and accompanying Small enterprise’s in Alegria as institutions That have a role in the economicdevelopment of the country.
