أنماط السكن وعلاقته بعمليات التغير الاجتماعي والتخطيط الاجتماعي مدينة تمنغست نموذجا

الملخص
من سمات التجمعات الانسانية العمران الذي يعد كظاهرة سوسيولوجيا استثارة الباحثين وخاصة من ناحية أنماطه المختلفة والتي تعكس بدورها ثقافة المجتمع أو أفراده، حيث تتنوع المساكن حسب فترات زمنية مرت بها البشرية وكذا حسب المناطق التي تقطنها ومن ذلك تبقى لكل منطقة سماتها العمرانية الخاصة ، من حيث تتأثر الأنماط السكنية لمجتمع ما بعمليات التغير التي تطرأ عليه بين الماضي والحاضر وخاصة في وقتنا الراهن وما أثرت به تكنولوجيا الاتصالات والعولمة في عمليات التغير. ومن ذلك تأثرت مدينة تامنغست في أقصى الجنوب الجزائري في أنماط السكن التي ميزت الطابع العمراني للمنطقة كصورة تعكس ثقافة من الموروث المادي للمنطقة والبيئة الصحراوية التي هي جزء منها، بعوامل التغير الاجتماعي و الوجه الحضري للمدينة والمتمثل في عملية التخطيط مع تطور المجال العلمي وتنوع التخصصات ، مما نتج عنه تبديل الطابع العمراني في إطار التهيئة العمرانية والتنمية المستدامة من خلال برامج التخطيط الحضري التي تنتهجها الحكومة. ا Summary: One of the characteristics of human gatherings is urbanism, which is considered a sociological phenomenon that excites researchers, especially in terms of its different patterns, which in turn reflects the culture of society or its members, where housing varies according to time periods that humanity has passed through, as well as according to the areas in which it lives, and from this each region has its own urban features, in terms of being affected The housing patterns of a society by the processes of change that occur in it between the past and the present, especially in our time, and the effects of communications technology and globalization on the processes of change. From this, the Tamanghsset city in the southernmost part of Algeria was affected by the housing patterns that characterized the urban character of the region as an image that reflects a culture of the region's physical heritage and the desert environment that is part of it, by the factors of social change and the urban face of the city, which is represented in the planning process with the development of the scientific field and the diversity of specialties, which As a result, urbanization has been transformed within the framework of urbanization and sustainable development through the urban planning programs pursued by the government.
