الوازع وأثره في استصلاح الوسائل البديلة لفض النزاع الأسري

الملخص
الأسرة في الإسلام ركيزة مهمة هي الأساس لبقاء النوع الإنساني على طبيعته التي أرادها الله تعالى، ولذا جعل لها قانونا تشريعيا خاصا بها، قيدت فيه كثير من السلوكات حتى تنضبط بذلك روحها ويستمر كيانها، وكان من أقوى بواعث الترابط وامتداده اتخاذ الوسائل البديلة كمعين على صلاحها، ومن أهمها الوازع الذي يستصلح تصرفات جميع الأطراف في الأسرة. The family in Islam is an important pillar that is the basis for the survival of the human species in its nature that God Almighty wanted, and therefore he made for it its own legislative law, restricting many behaviors so that its spirit can be disciplined and its existence continues, and one of the most powerful motives for its interconnectedness and extension was taking alternative means as specific to its goodness. Among the most important of them is the fear that restores the actions of all parties in the family.
