التهريب وأبعاده المختلفة "تهريب العملة بالجزائر" أي دور للحراك في ذلك؟

الملخص
تتعرض اقتصاديات الدول للعديد من المخاطر التي تؤثر على بنيانها الاقتصادي ،وقد تمتد أثارها إلى الجوانب الاجتماعية والسياسية ،وفي غالب الاحيان تكون للعوامل الخارجية القوة القاهرة في التأثير على المتغيرات وفي أحيان اخرى تكون ذات أبعاد داخلية ترتبط بفساد منظومة الحكم ، وغياب سيادة القانون، وتهميش العدالة ،وغياب المساءلة والتداول على الحكم ، وبالموجز غياب الحكم الراشد بشكل عام ، وربما أكثر صور هذه الازمات هو التهريب بكل أبعاده المختلفة ، والذي يهدد الدول في مقدراتها الاقتصادية ،وقد يفتح الباب على مخاطر أخرى ذات سياسية مع انتشار الجريمة المنظمة العابرة للدول ، لذا سيبحث هذا المقال في جانب من جوانب التهريب والذي يتعلق اساسا بتهريب بالعملة الصعبة في الجزائر وأثارها المختلف Summary: Smuggling and its multiple dimension-currencies smuggling in Algeria- what role popular movement play in this regard countries around the world are exposed to many risks that affect their economic structure, and their effects may encompass social and political aspects, external factors are mostly the majeure force affecting variables, but in some other time it can take internal dimensions that is particularly associated with a corrupt system of government, absence of law sovereignty, and lack of justice and accountability, and alternation of authority, in summary, the absence of a comprehensive sound system of governance, perhaps the most common form of these crises is smuggling in all its various dimensions, which threatens countries in their economic capabilities, and may pave the way to other political risks particularly in the light of the propagation of transnational organized crimes, therefore we try throughout the aspects of smuggling dimension , which is mainly related to the smuggling of hard currency in Algeria and its implication.
