الهجرة غير الشرعية بين تراجيديا الأرقام وصراع الهوية والإندماج

الملخص
مع إستفحال ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية،أصبح من غير الممكن التغاضي عن هذه الظاهرة لما إتخذته من منحى إنساني بالأخص في ظل الإنتهاكات التي يعايشها المهاجرين ،إذ يصطدم هؤلاء بجملة من التعقيدات يتخللها الهوان و الإذلال بعد أن يعرضوا حياتهم للخطر على قوراب الموت تطلعا لجنة الفردوس المنشودة،لتكون النتيجة الحتمية الملايين من المهاجرين الذين لا يملكون أوراق ثبوثية أي السند القانوني لوجودهم في الدولة التي هاجروا إليها،وما قد يزيد الأمر تعقيدا تخوف الغرب من الثأثيرات التي قد تؤثر سلبا على النسق الإجتماعي نتيجة التداخل بين مفهومي الهجرة و الإجرام،حيث إرتبط وجود المهاجر بالإجرام بطريقة أقل ما يمكننا قوله أنها إعتباطية و غير مدروسة،فضلا عن طغيان الهاجس الأمني في تعامل الغرب مع هذه القضية،وهو ما يظهر جليا في التعامل مع الجالية العربية المسلمة التي تعاني الأمرين من سياسية معاداة وإقصاء وتهميش في كل المجالات. Whith the aggravation of the phenomen of migration,it became impossible to overlook this phenomen in the humanitarian identity,particulary in the light of the violations withnessed by migrants as they face complexities punctuated by degrading and humiliating situations after exposing their lives to rises and death boats seeking a desired paradise. The inevitable result is millions of migrant who do not have any legal documents that justifies their presence in the state to which they have migrated,what makes the problem more complex is the fear of western countries that the presence of migrants adversely affects the social patter of their populations,as a result of the overlapping between the phenomen of migration anf the tendence of crimes in the view of those countries. They associate between the presence of migrants and the agrgravation of crimes in an arbitrary and not well as the dominance of security obbession in the western countries while dealing with this issue. This is manifested clearly when dealing with arab or musilm communities who are suffering from exclusion and marginalization.
