الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر المخاطر الصحية ذات الانتشار الدولي من أشد الأوبئة التي تتطلب تضافر جهود المجتمع الدولي لمواجهته بناءا على استراتيجية وضعتها منظمة الصحة العالمية، وما ينبثق عنها لاسيما اللوائح الصحية الدولية لسنة 2005 من جهة، وتتضمنه التشريعات الداخلية للدول التي يفترض أن تكون مسايرة لتلك الالتزامات الدولية ذات الصلة من جهة أخرى. لكن الواقع كشف عن ضعف المنظومة الصحية الجزائرية بالنظر الى ما تم المصادقة عليه من قواعد إجرائية ومؤسساتية للوقاية من مختلف المخاطر الصحية، مما يدعو الى ضرورة مراجعة شاملة للمنظومة الصحية الجزائرية. ABSTRACT: The health risks with international prevalence are among the most severe epidemics that require the concerted efforts of the international community to confront them based on a strategy developed by the World Health Organization, and what emerges from it, especially the International Health Regulations of 2005 on the one hand, and it includes the internal legislation of countries that are supposed to be in line with these relevant international obligations On the other hand. However, the reality revealed the weakness of the Algerian health system, in view of the approved procedural and institutional rules for the prevention of various health risks, which calls for the need for a comprehensive review of the Algerian health system.
