الملخص
ملخص: إن صناعة التأمين شهدت مؤخرا اتجاهات معاصرة ولم تقف عند المفهوم الكلاسيكي ولم تكتف فقط بالمجالات التقليدية بل غزت الوسط الرياضي باعتباره مجال خصب تنشط فيه الحوادث الرياضية وتكثر فيه الإصابات في الملاعب أثناء المباريات والتي لا تؤثر سلبا على اللاعب فقط بل ترمي بظلالها حتى على تنمية القطاع وتطوره، وهذا ما يستلزم ضرورة التأمين ضد الإصابات الرياضية وتأمين الملاعب باعتباره أحد وسائل الضمان الهامة في المجال الرياضي بصفة عامة وفي كرة القدم الاحترافية بصفة خاصة ،كل هذا سيتم معالجته في اطار قصور القواعد العامة وغياب اللوائح الخاصة. Abstract : The insurance industry has recently witnessed modern trends and did not stop at the classical concept and not only the traditional areas,but also invaded the sports medium as a fertile field in which sports incidents are active and there are many injuries in stadiums during matches.This nessitates the necessity of securing the sports environement to ensure the safty and health of professional players.It is also necessary to secure the player from ports accidents that result in injuries of varying degrees, which not only affect the player negatively, but also cast a shadow on the development of the sport sector, all in the context of the lack of general rules and the absence of special regulations for this new insurance industry.
