The objective of this paper is to investigate Dutch Disease hypothesis by analyzing oil price power and Revenue from oil resources to appreciate real exchange rate as well as analysing the degree of contraction in the tradable sectors in Algeria over periode 1970-2015. Using Macroeconomic data, the descriptive study analyses labour migration, spending and real exchange rate effects. The study confirms that Dutch Disease hypothesis is represented just by spending effect, because the number of workers by sectors is growing naturally and real exchange rate Continues declining over periode of study.
