التجريب على الظواهر البيولوجية عند كلود برنار دراسة ابستيمولوجية

الملخص
ملخص: من خلال هذا المقال نؤكد أن العلم لا يتطور إلا بتحليل بنيته ومضامينه، وهذا لا يكون إلا من خلال الدراسات الإبستيمولوجية، التي تقف على حقيقة العلم في تطوره التاريخي، وهذا ما وضحناه في الفصل الأول عند الحديث عن قيمة فكر كلود برنار الذي يعتبر من الأوائل الذين قاموا بتعميم المنهج التجريبي على الظواهر الحيوية، لتأسيس الطب التجريبي، حيث وضع قطيعة إبستيمولوجية مع طب الملاحظة والانتظار، لتكريس الطب التدخلي. وفي سياق ذي صلة ألح كلود برنار على تبرير معادلة التقارب الحتمي بين الظواهر الحية وبين الظواهر الفيزيوكيميائية، ومن هذا حاولنا التأكيد على الأثر الذي تركه على الدراسات المعاصرة، حيث نجد أن فلسفته العلمية فتحت المجال أمام الدراسات الإبستيمولوجية المعاصرة، وكذا إعادة تقويم المأخذ التي من شأنها أن تساهم في إثراء الأبحاث البيولوجية من بعده، وفي هذا الإطار اعتبرت الثورة العلمية التي قام بها كلود برنار ما هي إلا ثورة إيديولوجية، إلا أنه قد عبد الطريق للدراسات المعاصرة، مما كان أثره جد مثمر في القرن العشرين، حيث أصبح هذا القرن عصرا حداثيا لتجلي الأبحاث الثورية البيولوجية المتطورة، ، إلا أن هذا التطور قد ترك ترسبات إشكالية على أكثر من صعيد وأخصها المجال الأخلاقي، مما أعاد الدراسات البيولوجية إلى أحضان الفلسفة، وهو ما وضحناه في الفصل الثاني. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاستنساخ، الابستيمولوجيا، الباطولوجيا، علم العلاج، التجريب.
