الملخص
الملخص : تعد العلاقة بين الاستثمار والبيئة إحدى أهم الموضوعات الاقتصادية المعاصرة، خصوصا في ظل اتساع مفهوم العولمة وما تخلّفه من آثار بيئية نتيجة التغير الحاصل في سلوك وأنماط الإنتاج والاستهلاك في دول العالم وعلى وجه الخصوص في الدول النامية باعتبار أن الاستثمار بمختلف نماذجه هو السبب الأساسي لإتلاف البيئة. وتختلف طبيعة هذه العلاقة بين البيئة والاستثمار من دولة إلى أخرى، فالجزائر سعت مثلا لتطوير اقتصادها بكافة الطرق ولتحقيق هذا الغرض حاولت الالتحاق بركب الدول المهتمة بحماية البيئة من خلال إدراج البعد البيئي في الاستثمار و تبني التوجه نحو ما يعرف بالاقتصاد الأخضر. . كلمات مفتاحية: البعد البيئي، الاستثمار. Abstract: The relationship between investment and the environment consideredas one of the most important contemporary economic issues, especially in light of the breadth of the concept of globalization and its environmental effects as a result of the change in behavior and patterns of production and consumption in the countries of the world, especially in developing countries. The nature of the relationship between environment and investment varies from state to state Algeria has sought, for example, to develop its economy in all ways.
