الأمانة العلميّة بين الترسّيخ الأخلاقّي وحقوق الملكيّة الفكريّة. (scientific Intergrity Between Moral Solidarity And Intellectual Property Rights)

الملخص
الملخص: لكل مجال أخلاقياته التي تضبط سلوك المنتمين إليه وتحمي مصالحهم وتحفظ حقوقهم مستفيدين كانوا أو ممارسين، وهو الشأن بالنسبة للحقل العلمي أو مجال البحث العلمي، الذي يقوم على ركيزتين أساسيتين تضمنان تطوره هما: الحفاظ على حقوق المشاركين وإعطائهم حرية القرار بالمشاركة في البحث، وفي المقابل حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية، فرهان البحث العلمي هو الالتزام بالقيم الأخلاقية، فعلى الرغم من اهتمام كثير من الباحثين وأعضاء هيئات التدريس في الجامعات بضرورة تفعيل الأمانة العلمية إلا أنّها تشهد انتهاكا وخروقات لملكيات فكريّة وحقوق معنويّة لإبداعات فكريّة، ولقد تأرجحت هذه السرقات العلميّة بين الباحثين بين متعمّد وجاهل بالممارسات الأكاديميّة، ولكن هذا لا يبرر أي اختراق لحقوق ملكيّة فكريّة. Summary : For each domain its morality that s fits in its way That relates to its directives and protects its rights and its services that is of beneficiairies one practices, it is the case in relation to the scientific field or the scientific research, and wich is based on two fundamental killars that ensures its progress ore : preservation of the rights of the authors, and gives them the free position to decide to participate in research and opposite side preservation of copy rights of authors . The bet of scientific research is to align with the moralities of this context, despite the importance of several research, and members of the field of education in universities for its importance for science and is primordiality, it presents transgressions and abuser in authors rights and moral rights for intellectual innovation wich has allowed such leaks in the scientific field between ignorant and prenceditated authors in the exercice of academics and this does not make any morale rights abuser, any more abusive.
