الملخص
يعتبر الاهتمام بواقع الاستثمار من أولويات الدول والحكومات خاصة في عالم اليوم الذي يشهد واقعا محتدما من المنافسة بين مختلف المؤسسات الاستثمارية المحلية منها والدولية ، إذ نلتمس في هذا الإطار اهتماما واسعا وعناية بالغة بهذا القطاع و ذلك لما له من مزايا وتداعيات فاعلة ومستحسنة على أداء مختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية في البلاد، ولتأكيد هذا اهتمام من طرف الدول ورغبتها في جانب الاستثمار نجد اجتهاداتها في تشريع واعتماد أفضل القوانين، لتكون الجزائر من الدول التي أبدت حسن نيتها و رغبتها الحقيقية في سبيل الاهتمام بمثل هذه القطاعات خاصة في ظل جملة التشريعات والتنظيمات القانونية المنظمة والمحددة لواقع الاستثمار في البلاد Attention to the reality of investment is one of the priorities of countries and governments, especially in today's world, which witnesses a heated reality of competition between the various local and international investment institutions, as we seek in this context broad interest and great care in this sector, because of its effective and desirable benefits and repercussions on the performance of various sectors Economic in the country, and to confirm this interest by the countries and their desire for the investment side, we find this a reverse image in their jurisprudence in the legislation and adoption of the best laws, so that Algeria is one of the most important countries that have shown goodwill and a real desire for interest in such sectors, especially in Shadow of all legislation and legal regulations regulating and determining the reality of investment in the country
