أهمية القطاع السياحي في الاقتصاد الوطني الجزائري في ظل المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية 2030

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى ابراز دور و أهمية القطاع السياحي في الاقتصاد الوطني، اذ أصبح هذا القطاع بلعب دورا هاما في التنمية الاقتصادية من خلال خلق مناصب شغل مباشرة أي في القطاع السياحي ذاته، أو غير مباشرة في القطاعات التي لها علاقة بالنشاط السياحي، كما له دور في سد عجز ميزان المدفوعات و تنشيط و تفعيل الاستثمار و من ثم تطوير و تنمية المناطق السياحية. و الجزائر كغيرها من الدول أدركت حتمية تطوير هذا القطاع و إعطائه المكانة الحقيقية لدعم و تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني خارج المحروقات. و من اجل تجسيد سياسة الدعم السياحي جاء مشروع المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية 2030 و الذي أعلنت من خلاله الدولة نظرتها الى السياحة الوطنية من مختلف الآفاق. Abstract: This paper aims to highlight the role and importance of the tourism sector in the national economy, this sector has become an important role in economic development, through the creation of positions of direct occupation, that is, in the tourism sector itself, or indirect in sectors related to tourism activity, it also plays a role in bridging the balance of payments deficit, activating investment and thus developing tourist areas. Algeria, like other countries, has realized the inevitability of developing this sector and giving it the real place to support and develop the national economy outside the fuel. In order to reflect the policy of tourism support, the draft tourism development directive 2030, through which the state declared its view of national tourism from different perspectives. Résumé : Ce document vise à souligner le rôle et l’importance du secteur du tourisme dans l’économie nationale, ce secteur est devenu un rôle important dans le développement économique, par la création de postes d’occupation directe, c’est-à-dire dans le secteur du tourisme lui-même, ou indirectement dans les secteurs liés à l’activité touristique, il joue également un rôle dans la réduction du déficit de la balance des paiements, en activant l’investissement et ainsi développer des zones touristiques. L’Algérie, comme d’autres pays, s’est rendu compte de l’inéluctabilité de développer ce secteur et de lui donner la place réelle pour soutenir et développer l’économie nationale en dehors du carburant. Afin de refléter la politique de soutien au tourisme, le projet de Schémas Directeurs d’Aménagement Touristique 2030 été adopté, par lequel l’État a exprimé sa vision du tourisme national sous des angles différents.
