" الشراكة الأوروبية الإفريقية ومدى مساهمتها في تأهيل قطاع الصناعة الصيدلانية" (تجربة الجزائر والاتحاد الأوروبي نموذجا)

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة الشراكة الأجنبية في تأهيل المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية٬ حيث أوضح تحليل وظائف مجمع صيدال خلال الفترة ( 2012-2016) مدى مساهمة الشراكة الأجنبية في تأهيل المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن هذه الشراكة ساهمت في زيادة تأهيل المجمع الصناعي "صيدال"، حيث شهد هذا الأخير ارتفاعا في رقم الأعمال بالإضافة إلى تنوع وزيادة إنتاجه، كما ساهمت الشراكة الأجنبية في تأهيل موارده البشرية عن طريق الوسائل الحديثة المستخدمة في عملية التدريب، والتعدد في فروع الإنتاج وشبكات التوزيع، كما كان هناك تنوع في عقود الشراكات التي تبناها مجمع صيدال وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج وتوصيات مهمة. abstract: This study aimed to identify the contribution of the foreign partnership to the qualification of Algerian economic institutions, using statistics and diagrams. The analysis of the functions of the compound during the period 2012-2016 revealed the contribution of the foreign partnership to the rehabilitation of the Algerian economic institution. The study concluded that the foreign partnership contributed to the rehabilitation of the industrial complex "Saidal", where the latter witnessed an increase in the number of works in addition to the diversity and increase of production. The foreign partnership also contributed to the rehabilitation of its human resources through the modern means used in the training process, Production and distribution networks, and there has been a diversity of partnership contracts adopted by the Saidal complex
