التفكير اللغوي عند الأصوليين- مبحث القرينة نموذجا -

الملخص
نعالج من خلال هذا البحث أحد المحاور اللغوية الكبرى التي ينبني عليها الدرس الأصولي الإسلامي؛ ألا وهو مبحث "القرينة"، ورغم أهمية هذا الموضوع وخطورته إلا أنّ الكثير من الباحثين والدارسين، سواء في المجال اللغوي أو الأصولي لا يلمُّون به الإلمام الكافي الذي يمكنهم من الفهم الصحيح لنصوص الشارع الحكيم؛ لذلك رأينا أن نوجز هذا الموضوع الواسع والمتشعب في هاته الورقات القليلة، وأن نقدّمه لهم في شكل مبسّط ويسير، عسى أن نسهم ولو بقدر ضئيل في ترسيخ مبادئ وقواعد الفهم الصحيح لنصوص الشارع الحكيم. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف المحوري نسعى للإجابة عن الإشكالية التالية: كيف يتجلى أثر القرينة في فهم النصوص عند الأصوليين؟ وقد اعتمدنا في معالجة هذا الموضوع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأهم الاستنتاجات التي توصلنا إليها من خلال هذا البحث تمثلت في أن مبحث القرينة يُعد بمثابة الأرضية لفهم أصول الفقه الإسلامي، لذلك توجّب على الباحث الأصولي أن يجعله في طليعة اهتماماته البحثية، وأن يتقنه حق الإتقان إذا أراد النجاح في مشروعه البحثي. كما أن مبحث القرينة يمنح المبتدئين الآليات الأساسية التي تمكنهم من فهم نصوص الشارع الحكيم. Abstract : We address through this research one of the major linguistic axes on which the lesson of principles of islamic jurisprudence is based; in spite of the importance of this subject and its seriousness, many scholars do not know enough about them to enable them to understand correctly texts of the wise legislator; so we saw that we summarize this broad and complex subject in these few papers, and to offer them in a simplified form, perhaps to contribute even a little in the consolidation of the principles and rules of the correct understanding of the texts of the wise legislator. To achieve this central goal, we seek to answer the following problem: How is the influence of collocation reflected in the understanding of texts among of Scholars of the fundamentals of Islamic law? We have adopted in this case the analytical descriptive approach. The most important conclusions we reached through this research were that the study of the collocation is the groundwork for understanding the principles of Islamic jurisprudence, and the subject of collocation gives beginners the basic mechanisms that enable them to understand the texts of the wise legislator.
