Résumé

Abstract Introduction - Hepato-splenic T-cell lymphoma is an extra-nodal lymphoma that belongs to the group of non Hodgkin lymphomas. The clinical presentation is usually systemic with constitutional symptoms, splenomegaly and/or hepatomegaly, in the absence of lymphadenopathy. The intra-sinusoidal infiltration of the bone marrow, the liver and/or the spleen by atypical T lymphocytes at immunophenotyping provides the diagnosis of hepato-splenic T-cell lymphoma. It arises in young people, more often in males, with a bad prognosis. It may occur in people without any previous known diseases, but also in immunocompromised patients, with hemopathies or dysimmunitary diseases as inflammatory bowel diseases. Observation - We report here the observation of a woman with hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma and misdiagnosed Crohn’s disease.
