دور التعليم الإلكتروني في تنمية مهارة الاستماع لتعلّم اللغة العربية.

الملخص
ملخص: إذا كانت اللغة العربية في المفهوم الاجتماعي ترادف الهوية كونها الأداة التي تحفظ ذاكرة الأمة وتراثها المادي والثقافي...فإنها في مجال التربية والتعليم قناة الاتصال التي تعد الحدّ الفاصل بين النجاح والفشل في العملية التعليمية التعلّمية،فبها تكتسب العلوم وتغرس القيم،وتبنى الشخصية. لذلك وجب الاعتناء باللغة والعمل على تطويرها بما يتوافق و متطلبات العصر الحديث التي صنعتها شبكات الإنترنيت و تقنيات الحاسوب والتي استثمرت في مجال التعليم باستحداث ما يعرف بالتعليم الإلكتروني. ولما كان تعليم اللغة يركّز على مهارات أربع وهي: الاستماع،التعبير الشفوي،القراءة،الكتابة. وجب الاعتناء ببناء برامج إلكترونية لتنمية هذه المهارات وعلى رأسها مهارة الاستماع التي تعدّ الأساس في اكتساب بقية المهارات وتنمية المدركات الحسية والعقلية وتحصيل المعارف . وقد جاءت المداخلة الحالية لمعالجة موضوع "دور التعليم الإلكتروني في تنمية مهارة الاستماع لتعلّم اللغة العربية"،ذلك أن هذه المهارة هي الحلقة الأولى في سلسلة مهارات تعلّم اللغة العربية. The Role of E-Learning in Developing the Skill of Listening to Learn Arabic Language. The third axis: e-learning in the educational system in Algeria. Abstract: If the Arabic language in the social concept is synonymous with identity, as it is the tool that preserves the nation’s memory and its material and cultural heritage ... It is in the field of education as the communication channel that is the boundary between success and failure in the educational learning process, through which it acquires science and instills values, and builds Personality. Therefore, we must take care of the language and work to develop it in line with the requirements of the modern era, which were created by the Internet and computer technologies, which invested in the field of learning by introducing what is known as e-learning. Whereas the teaching of the language focuses on four skills: listening, oral expression, reading and writing. Care must be taken to build electronic programs to develop these skills, foremost of which is the listening skill, which is the basis for acquiring the rest of the skills, developing sensory and mental perceptions, and collecting knowledge. The current intervention aims to address the topic "The role of e-learning in developing the skill of listening to learn Arabic Language", as this skill is the first in a series of skills to learn Arabic language
