الطعام والرباط الاجتماعي في مجتمع محلي متوسطي، دراسة أنثروبولوجية، الشلف - الجزائر

الملخص
تنتقل الأفكار والتقنيات من خلال الطعام وما ينتج عنه في تشييد للعلاقات الاجتماعية، حيث تبدو طبيعته ذات خصوصية ثقافية لا تخلو من رمزيات دّالة على أخلاق وقيّم عميقة مُستدمجة في البناء الاجتماعي، فما إن تلج مجالاً جغرافياً معيناً إلا ويقابلك أفرادٌ تشبعوا بالقيّم الأخلاقية مثل: الكرم وحسن الضيافة واللياقة الموروثة جيلاً بعد جيل بالدعوة لتقاسم الغذاء أو الطعام، لينتج روابط يصطلح عليها تبادل الملح أو قرابة الملح، وهي رمزية تفوق كل التصورات الساذجة لما يمثله الطعام، إنه مفهوم شامل ومركب لكل ما هو مشتت ومبعثر، إنه رمزية لجمع أواصر العلاقات القرابية التي تشبه نوعاً ما القرابة الدموية، فالملح (والتَمَالُحْ والمْلاَحَة والمَالَحْ) هي: مفاهيم اجتماعية فوق طبيعية. نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية لتناول دور الطعام في تشييد الروابط الاجتماعية في مجال البحث بمدينة شلف، انطلاقاً من كون قرابة الدّم، ليست الوحيدة الداعية لتأسيس الروابط القرابية، بل هناك كذلك قرابة الحليب وقرابة الملح أو المُمالحة الناشئة عن فعل التشارك والتمالح المتعلق بتقاسم الطعام وطبخه. Social ties are built through food and the consequent building of social relations in the midst of Algerian society, where their nature seems to have a cultural peculiarity that is not devoid of symbols of deep moral values and values embedded in social construction. In this paper, we seek to address the role of food in the establishment of social links in the field of research in the city of Chlef, since blood is not the only one calling for the establishment of social ties, but there is also about milk and salt or salt resulting from the act of sharing and reconciliation related to sharing food And cooking.
