الملخص
يتناول هذا البحث إشكالية وضع اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في حال قيام الدولة الفلسطينية على حدود 1967، حيث أن حصرعودة اللاجئين الفلسطينيين إلى داخل حدود الدولة المنشودة ، يعتبر مساس بحق العودة ويتناقض جوهريا مع القرار 194. لذلك قيام الدولة الفلسطينية المستقلة يجب أن لا يمس بحق العودة إلى الديار الأصلية. وأن يشكل تعزيز للنضال المتواصل من أجل حق العودة والتمسك بهذا الحق والعمل على تأكيد استمرار الالتزام بالقرار 194 الذي يكفله. الكلمات المفتاحية: حق العودة، اللاجئون الفلسطينيون، الدولة الفلسطينية، حدود1967. Abstract: This study deals with the problematic situation of the Palestinian refugees in the event of the establishment of a Palestinian state on the 1967 borders.
