المسؤولية البيئية والاجتماعية لمنظمات المجتمع المدني و اثرها على التنمية المستدامة " مقاطعة مدينة عين التوتة للكشافة الإسلامية نموذجا"

الملخص
الملخص: تناولت هذه الورقة العلمية تحليل ودراسة واقع نشاط منظمات المجتمع المدني ممثلة في منظمة الكشافة الإسلامية الجزائرية مقاطعة عين التوتة وعلاقتها في بناء التنمية المستدامة، خصوصا مؤشر المسؤولية الاجتماعية والبيئية، وذلك عن طريق دراسة ميدانية لعينة من أفراد الكشافة، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع متطلبات التنمية المستدامة في الأدبيات النظرية مع التركيز على البعد البيئي والاجتماعي وإمكانية تفعيلهما في الميدان. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج المهمة منها: أن درجة الوعي البيئي والاجتماعي لدى أفراد الكشافة الإسلامية الجزائرية في مقاطعة عين التوتة كبيرة، وهذا يؤثر اجابا على بناء التنمية المستدامة المحلية.كما توصلت الدراسة أيضا الى ان الدور الإيجابي الذي يلعبه الكشاف الجزائري في مجال البيئة الحضرية والاجتماعية فعال في مجال توعية المجتمع المدني بأهمية المحافظة على جودة البيئة الحضرية وتحسين مستوى نوعية الحياة في المدينة. Abstract : This paper has dealt study and analysis with the reality of the activities of civil society organizations; represented by the Algerian Islamic Scout Organization in Ain-Touta province and its relation to the building of a sustainable development, especially through the social and environmental responsibility index and their impact on the building of a local sustainable development in its environmental and social aspects. This study aims to diagnose the reality of the sustainable development’s requirements in theoretical literature with a focus on the environmental and social dimension and the possibility of activating them in the field. The study has reached a number of important results. First, the degree of environmental and social awareness among the members of the Algerian Islamic Scouts in Ain -Touta province is great, and this positively affects the building of a local sustainable development. In addition, the study found that the positive role played by the Algerian Scout in the field of urban and social environment is effective and strong in the field of awareness and sensitization the civil society to the importance of preserving the quality of the urban environment and improving the quality of life in the city.
