التعليل النحوي من أصالة النشأة إلى تأثره بالعلوم

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن كلية من كليات النحو العربي تمثلت في العلة النحوية، كان ذلك بتسليط الضوء على طبيعتها وتفنيد بعض الاتهامات الموجهة إليها؛ ذلك أن هناك من النحاة من يرى أن التعليل النحوي نمط من التفكير المنطقي، وما أردت أن أزيل عنه اللثام و أكشف عنه النقاب أن التعليل النحوي عربي النشأة ، وتأثره بالمنطق تأثرا واضحا كان في القرن الرابع من الهجرة، أضف إلى ذلك التفاعل بينه وبين التعليل الأصولي وتداخل بعض المسائل المشتركة بينهما مما ألجأ الفقهاء إلى النظر في المسائل الفقهية باعتماد قواعد النحو والاستدلال عليها بطرق استدلال النحاة، ولا يفوتني في الأخير أن أشير إلى أثر علم الكلام في تأصيل التعليل النحوي، ولعل دوره تمثل في نهج النحاة نهج علماء الكلام في تقسيم العلل إلى مجوزة وموجبة والتعليل بالأمور العدمية وغير ذلك. كما أن السبب الأول والأخير في كل هذا التأثير ناتج عن امتزاج الثقافات وتداخل العلوم واجتهاد العلماء في ميادين العلم المختلفة؛ إذ كان التعليل أول أمره بسيطا يبرر النصوص والأحكام النحوية تبريرا يسوغه اللسان وتفتضيه السليقة العربية التي من شأنها أن تطلع على الأسباب والأسرار التي كانت وراء الأحكام النحوية والنصوص الاستشهادية. The purpose of this research is to uncover a faculty of the Arab grammar schools represented in the grammatical factor. This was by highlighting its nature and refuting some of the accusations against it. There are grammarians who have been saw grammatical reasoning as a form of logical thinking and what I wanted to remove the clouds from it. that the grammatical reasoning of an Arabic originates, and its impact on logic was clearly affected in the fourth century of migration(hijra), in addition to that the interaction between it and the fundamentalist reasoning and the interplay of some common issues between them. Thus, jurists resorted to the examination of doctrinal issues by adopting grammatical rules and having a proof on it with proofing way of the grammarians, Icannot fail in the latter to refer to the impact of speech science in rooting the reasoning grammar and perhaps its role represented in grammarian’s approach speech scientists approach to the division of factors to allowed and obliged and reasoning by no existed matters and other things. The first and last reason for all this effect is the result of the mixing of cultures and the overlap of science and the diligence of scientists in different fields of science, as the reasoning was simple at its starting that justify the texts and grammatical rules justification accepted by the tongue and required by the Arab nature language that would pay attention at the reasons and secrets that were behind Grammar and cited texts.
