دور المرافقة والتكوين في ترقية المقاولاتية في الجزائر - دراسة حالة: مجموعة من آليات دعم المقاولاتية لولاية المسيلة

الملخص
The research aimes to study the accompaniment and formation in the support mechanisms of the House of entrepreneurship, ANSEJ, ANGEM, CNAC of the M'Sila province, and its contribution to the promotion of entrepreneurship in Algeria. Nvivo version 10 was used for qualitative analysis of data by means of an interview guide, consisting of the main variables of the research, through audio recordings with the study sample. One of the findings is that both the accompaniment and formation in the support mechanisms under study are working to upgrade the entrepreneurship only in an acceptable manner, with a package of shortcomings and difficulties from several parties that led to this slowdown, which in turn seeks to overcome them and reduce them by updating the accompaniment and formation programs annually. يهدف البحث إلى دراسة المرافقة والتكوين في آليات الدعم كل من دار المقاولاتية، ANSEJ، ANGEM، CNAC لولاية المسيلة ومساهمتها في ترقية المقاولاتية في الجزائر. تم الاعتماد على اجراء المقابلات على عينة قصدية مع كل مرافق من آليات الدعم محل الدراسة، وتم استخدام برنامج Nvivo الإصدار 10 للتحليل الكيفي للبيانات عن طريق دليل للمقابلة يتكون من المتغيرات الرئيسية للبحث، عن طريق التسجيلات الصوتية مع عينة الدراسة. ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها أن كل من المرافقة والتكوين في آليات الدعم محل الدراسة تعمل على ترقية المقاولاتية بشكل مقبول فقط، مع وجود حزمة من النقائص والصعوبات من عدة جهات أدت إلى هذا التباطئ، والتي بدورها تسعى إلى تذليلها والحد منها بتحيين برامج المرافقة والتكوين سنويا. La recherche vise à étudier l'accompagnement et la formation aux mécanismes de soutien de la maison d’entrepreneuriat, Ansej, Angem, Cnac du Wilayat de M'Sila et sa contribution à la promotion de l'entrepreneuriat en Algérie. Nvivo version 10 a été utilisée pour l'analyse qualitative de données à l'aide d'un guide d'entretien comprenant les principales variables de la recherche, par enregistrement vocal avec l'échantillon étudié. L’une des conclusions est que l’accompagnement et la formation aux mécanismes de soutien étudiés ne visent à promouvoir la passation de marché que de manière acceptable, avec un ensemble de lacunes et de difficultés de plusieurs parties qui ont conduit à ce ralentissement, qui cherche à les surmonter et à les réduire en mettant à jour annuellement les programmes d’accompagnement et de formation.
