العلوم الانسانية بين التفسير والفهم/ Human Sciences Between Understanding And Interpretation

الملخص
يعد موضوع العلوم الإنسانية من بين المواضيع التي اثارت اهتمام الفلاسفة والأبستمولوجيين في الزمن الراهن، وهذا يعود بالدرجة الأولى الى طبيعة هذا الموضوع الذي يدور اهتمامه حول الانسان ككائن بات وجوده يفرض ضرورة دراسته، إلا ان منهجية دراسة هذا الكائن كانت محل اختلاف بين الباحثين، فهناك من ذهب الى ان العلوم الإنسانية التي يعد الانسان موضوعها لابد ان تدرسه دراسة علمية من اجل الارتقاء بها الى مصاف العلوم الأخرى خاصة الطبيعية وان الانسان ما هو الا ظاهرة كبقية الظواهر الأخرى التي يمكن دراستها بالاعتماد على المنهج التجريبي ومن ثم إمكانية تفسيرها تفسيرا علميا. وفي المقابل هناك من ذهب الى ان طبيعة الانسان تفرض الاعتماد على منهج اخر غير المنهج التجريبي الذي يكون التفسير غايته وان الظاهرة الإنسانية لابد من ان تخضع للفهم لا التفسير، ذلك لان الانسان لا يتمتع بنفس خصائص الظواهر الأخرى وبالتالي يصعب التجريب عليه وهذا ما أدى الى استبدال التفسير بالفهم منذ بداية القرن العشرين تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الكشف على طبيعة العلوم الإنسانية ومن ثم الوقوف على المنهج المناسب لهذا الموضوع والاطلاع على اهمية التفسير والفهم باعتبارهما من بين الاليات التي يتم من خلالها دراسة الانسان، مع الوقوف على الأسباب التي أدت الى استبدال التفسير بالفهم. الكلمات المفتاحية: العلوم الإنسانية ؛ التفسير؛ الفهم؛ المنهج التجريبي؛ الانسان. Abstract: The subject of human sciences is one of the topics that raised the interest of philosophers and epistemologists in the present time, and this is primarily due to the nature of this subject, which is concerned with the human being as a creature that requires study. But the methodology of study of this subject was different among researchers. Some think that human sciences, within which the human being is the subject, must be scientific to be raised to the other sciences especially the natural one, and suggests that human being is a phenomenon that can be studied through an experimental method, thus can be scientifically interpreted. On the other hand, others claimed that the nature of the human being imposes dependence on a method other than the experimental method, based on the idea that human phenomenon must be subject to understanding, not explanation, because the human does not enjoy the same characteristics of other phenomena and therefore difficult to experiment with it and this led to replace interpretation with understanding since the beginning of the twentieth century. The purpose of this study is to uncover the nature of human sciences and then to determine the appropriate approach to this subject and to understand the importance of interpretation and understanding as mechanisms through which human being can be studied, while examining the reasons that led to the replacement of interpretation with understanding.
