"أثر الأقليات الدينية في تهديد أمن الدولة " "الأقلية الأرثوذكسية في مصر" نموذجاً

الملخص
إن الوضع المثالي المفترض لنشوء أية دولة هو اتصاف رعاياها بصفات عامة مشتركة، كاتحادهم من ناحية الجنس، اللغة، الدين، القومية، الأماني…إلخ لأنه مع توافق أفراد الشعب الواحد في جميع هذه الصفات، فإن احتمالية الاستقرار والانسجام تتزايد، إلا أن وضعا كهذا نادر التحقق، فالواقع يظهر تفاوت أبناء الشعب الواحد في جميع أو أغلب النواحي المشار إليها، وهذا ما يعني بالتالي نشوء فئة أو فئات متميزة، في صفات معينة، عما تتميز به غالبية الشعب، وهذه الفئة هي التي أطلق عليها "الأقلية" مقارنة مع غالبية الشعب. وهذا التمايز بالتالي، يؤدي إلى وجود مسألة تسمى بمشكلة الأقليات، كمشكلة فعلية لها جوانبها السياسية والقانونية وكذلك الاجتماعية. فكثيراً ما كانت الدول تنظر لوجود بعض الأقليات الدينية أو المذهبية أو العرقية ببلادهم مصدر تهديد لأمن دولهم، وفي كثير من الأحيان كانت هذه الأقليات بالفعل سبباً لتهديد أمن هذه الدول مما حدا بمواجهة صارمة اختلفت أساليبها. The ideal state of any state is to provide its citizens with common characteristics, such as their union in terms of sex, language, religion, nationality, aspirations, etc. However, such a situation is rare, the reality shows the disparity of the people of one people in all or most of the areas referred to, this, in turn, means the emergence of a distinct category or categories, in certain characteristics, of what characterizes the majority of the people. This category called the "minority" compared to the majority of the people. This differentiation, therefore, leads to an issue called the problem of minorities as an actual problem with its political, legal and social aspects. States have often considered the existence of some religious, sectarian or ethnic minorities in their country as a threat to the security of their countries. Often these minorities have already been a reason to threaten the security of these States. The methods of addressing the problem of minorities differed.
