الملخص

ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق الإدارة الذاتية في العمل الإداري في جامعة فلسطين التقنية خضوري، وإلى التعرف على واقع الإدارة الذاتية في جامعة خضوري والمقترحات الخاصة بدعمها وأيضا إلى معرفة أثر متغيرات الجنس، الوظيفة، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة في درجة تطبيق الإدارة الذاتية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تطوير استبانة تكونت من (32) فقرة مقسمة إلى أربعة مجالات هي: التنظيم الإداري، والعمل الجماعي التشاركي، واتخاذ القرارات، والإبداع والإبتكار لدى العاملين. وتم التأكد من دلالة صدقها وثباتها. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (143) من الإداريين في الجامعة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة حصول جميع مجالات الدراسة والدرجة الكلية على درجة تطبيق متوسطة وأظهرت كذلك النتائج أن مستوى الإدارة الذاتية محدودة، وأظهرت النتائج كذلك وجود فروق في درجة تطبيق الإدارة الذاتية تعزى إلى متغير الوظيفة لصالح رئيس القسم، وعدم وجود فروق على متغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخدمة. وأوصت الدراسة بالعمل على تطوير النظام الإداري في جامعة فلسطين التقنية خضوري بحيث يسمح بتفويض الصلاحيات وتسهيل تطبيق الإدارة الذاتية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإدارة الذاتية، العمل الإداري، جامعة خضوري. The degree of self-management application in the administrative work in Palestine Technical University Kadoorie Abstract: the current study aimed to identify the degree of self-management application in the administrative work in Palestine Technical University Kadoorie, and to identify the reality of self-management in Palestine Technical University Kadoorie and proposals associated with its support and also to know the effect of gender variables, function, academic qualification, and years of service in the degree of self-management application. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (32) paragraphs divided into four fields are administrative organization, Participatory teamwork, decisions-making, activity and creativity and creativity of employees. It has been confirmed of its sincerity and its constancy. The study sample consisted of (143) from the university's administrators, and the descriptive approach was used. And The results of the study showed that all fields of study and the total score were obtained on a medium degree of application and the results also showed that the level of self-management is limited, and the results also showed that there were differences in degree of self-management application attributed to the function variable for the head of the department, there are no differences on gender variables, academic qualification, and years of service. The study recommended developing the administrative system at Palestine Technical University - Kadoorie so that allow the delegation of powers and facilitate the application of self-management.
