دور الوقف في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية

الملخص
يسعى هذه البحث إلى الكشف عن الصيغ الممكنة لقيام مؤسسة الوقف بمساندة الدولة والاستجابة للمطالب الاجتماعية، التربوية والثقافية للمجتمع، ومحاولة إعادة إحياء دور هذه المؤسسة على الصعيد الاجتماعي وما يتطلبه ذلك من تشخيص علمي واقعي لوضعية الأملاك الوقفية في المجتمع الجزائري. لذا يسعى هذه البحث لتحقيق الأهداف العلمية التالية: 1- التعريف بالوقف وأنواعه. 2- التعرف على الشروط العامة للنهوض بالأوقاف الإسلامية. 3- البحث عن أفضل الصيغ التنموية التي تسمح للأوقاف باستئناف دورها الثقافي والحضاري والاجتماعي في الوقت الراهن. This research seeks to uncover possible formulas for the establishment of an institution for the support of the state and stay respond to the demands of social, educational and cultural community, and attempting to revive the role of this institution at the social level and requires a scientific and realistic diagnosis of the condition of Awqaf property in Algerian society. So this research seeks to achieve the following scientific objectives: 1 - definition cessation and types. 2 - identifying the general conditions for the advancement of Islamic Endowments. 3 - The search for the best formulations development, which allows Endowments resume its role of cultural and civilizational and Social Council at the present time.
