دور منصات الحوار الالكتروني في تشكيل المواطنة لدى الشباب الجزائري -مقاربة نظرية-

الملخص

ملخص: تشهد الحياة المعاصرة تغيرا متسارعا في نواحي متعددة، إذ يواكب العالم تقدما تقنيا مصحوبا بانفجار سكاني ومعرفي ومن أبرز ما صاحب هذا الانفجار أيضا هو بروز عصر جديد من عصور الاتصال والتفاعل بين البشر وفي وفرة المعلومات المقدمة عبر تقنيات الاتصال الحديثة التي أضحت تشكل اتجاها جديدا للاتصال لتصبح منصات التواصل الاجتماعي أبرز تمظهرات ومستحدثات ذلك التطور التقني الذي شهده العالم . وقد تبلورت أنماط جديدة من التواصل شكلت سياقها شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي الميزة الطاغية على جميع ميادين الحياة، حيث ساهمت بعض الخصائص التي توفرها هذه المواقع على نجاحها وتوسع انتشارها كشبكة الفايسبوك، مما رشحها إلى أن ترقى إلى مصاف وسائط للتنشئة الاجتماعية وعليه يجب توجيه مستخدميها نحو الاستخدام الأمثل لها وكيفية تفعيلها والاستفادة منها. وتؤدي منصات الحوار الالكتروني دورا بارزا في تعزيز البناء الفكري للمواطنة لدى الشباب وترسيخ منظومة الانتماء والوعي لديه وتوفير مفاهيم تواصلية تقدم بدائل يتفاعل معها الشباب في ظل نقاشات مستمرة وطرح نوعي متكامل لقضاياه وموقعه في منظومة العمل الوطني خاصة وان الشباب هم من اكثر الشرائح استخداما لمنصات الحوار الالكتروني كمحاولة او تأسيس من خلال هذه المنابر لتنمية روح المواطنة والولاء والانتماء الوطني خلال التجلي المباشر لرصد دور شبكات او منصات الحوار الالكتروني في تجسيد مفهوم المواطنة وهو ما سنحاول ابرازه من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية الكلمات المفتاحية:الاعلام الجديد,منصات الحوار الالكتروني,المواطنة Abstract: Modern life is witnessing a rapid change in many aspects.
