الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على أهم صفات وخصائص وسمات جيل هذه الألفية الجديدة ، والتي تميزه عن الأجيال السابقة في الكم والنوع ، وفي الأمزجة والطبائع والأذواق والميول والاتجاهات والمواقف... ، لذلك سعت هذه الدراسة إلى الاجابة على التساؤل الجوهري الآتي : ما هي أهم معالم جيل الألفية الجديدة بصفة عامة، وطلبة الجامعة منه بصفة خاصة ؟ ومن النتائج الهامة التي توصلت إليها الدراسة ما يلي : - جيل هذه الألفية لا تستقيم حياته العادية والخاصة بدون وسائل تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال الحديثة. - جيل هذه الألفية أقل ميلا نحو نظام " المحاضرات " خاصة إذا سلكت نظامها القديم الآخذ بالطريقة الإلقائية التي يصبح الطلبة فيها مجرد أجهزة استقبال. - هذا الجيل يغلب على متمدرسيه العنصر النسوي خاصة التعليم الجامعي ، وهذه ظاهرة كونية تتواجد في القارات الخمس ، مما يستوجب إجراء دراسات ميدانية لتحديد أثر ذلك على مستقبل الوظائف في بلادنا العربية والإسلامية . - تشكل التكنولوجيا الرقمية المكون الأساسي في عمل وشغل هذا الجيل ، نظرا لاقتحام هذه التكنولوجيا جميع مجالات حياتهم بما فيها الميادين التي يعملون فيها..... وغيرها من النتائج . الكلمات المفتاحية : جيل الألفيىة الجديدة - طلبة الجامعة - الآفاق المستقبلية . Abstract: The aim of this study is to shed light on the most important characteristics of the generation of this new millennium, which distinguish it from previous generations in quantity and gender, in temperaments, in nature, in tastes, tendencies, and attitudes ... This study sought to answer the fundamental question: What are the most important features of the new millennium generation in general, and university students in particular? The study reached several results; the most important are the following: The generation of this millennium does not live up to his - normal and special life without the means of modern information and communication technology - The generation of this millennium is less inclined towards the system of lectures, especially if it follows its old system, which takes the automatic way in which students become mere receivers. -Women, especially university education, predominantly dominate this generation. This global phenomenon exists in the five continents. This requires conducting field studies to determine the impact on the future of jobs in our Arab and Islamic countries.
