الحماية المقررة للعامل المعاق في ظل التأمينات الاجتماعية

الملخص
الإعاقة تعني قصوراً أو عيباً وظيفياً يصيب عضواً أو وظيفة من وظائف الإنسان العضوية أو النّفسية بحيث يؤدي إلى خلل أو تبدل في عملية تكيف هذه الوظيفة مع الوسط ، والإعاقة موجودة في تكوين الإنسان وليست خارجة عنه تؤثر على علاقته مع الوسط الاجتماعي بكل أبعاده، الأمر الذي يتطلب إجراءات تربوية تعليمية وكذا علاجية تنسجم مع الحاجات التي يتطلبها كل نوع من أنواع الإعاقة ما دام أنّه مهدد بالأخطار الاجتماعية،لذا لا بد من أن يحظ بحماية اجتماعية خاصة تغطيها التأمينات الاجتماعية التي على الأقل تخفف العبء على المعاق وعلى أسرته. Therefore, it must have special social protection covered by social insurance, which at least alleviates the burden on the disabled and on his family
